So, i looked at the WILD technique and decided to try it. But does it work if your just going to bed? Or does it only work when you wake up 5-6 hours after going to sleep and staying up for half an hour?
I think that the thing is i have school(high school) and i don't wanna be waking up at four in the morning just to ATTEMPT to lucid dream. And once a week doesn't seem sufficient for me to try and achieve that goal. What methods do you suggest most? (And i know it depends on who you are and blah blah blah. i just wanna hear your opinions.) Also, will the WILD work when i take a nap? Cuz i take those quite often.
