I once had a dream character called "Delphine" once.
My DCs don't usually have names, but I remember one time I was working with a girl DC named Chris.
EDIT: I just remembered I had a dream more recently where there was a lady named Mir.

And well... I know far more DC that aren't humans than humans lol
Once someone who looked like my science teacher insisted I call him "The Bulgakov of Vinegar"! I have never even read anything by Bulgakov either!
I've never had DC names before, I hope this triggers them to have them :P
I was playing Neverwinter Nights for a while, that night I had a dream with one of the kobolds in it. Its name was Linger.

Last week I encountered a female DC named "Duncan Heima." I had to ask for her name 3 times because at first I thought it sounded so strange but then I wanted to be sure to remember it.
