I've been having terrible trouble remembering my dreams, let alone going lucid, so I thought I'd try a bit of self-denial training. Fail to recall anything, deny myself something I enjoy the next day as punishment and tell myself I can't do/have it until I start remembering. It worked! Got a real strong dream recall last night. Do you think this could work on training myself to
a) dream about something specific I WANT to dream about, and even
b) realising it is a dream while I'm having it?

I'm gonna give it a go and see if it works. I refuse to be beaten. If other people can get to do these great things lucid dreaming, I bloomin' well will too!
