I just started LDing and have a couple questons about WILDs.

what do you use to keep your mind active (anchor) while letting your body relax? I have tried counting breaths, pretending my body is a loading bar slowly working to 100%, and using my screensaver to produce varying levels of light.

Also, when anchoring, what is your goal or destination? To keep mind activity until lucid?

Last, once your body is asleep do you no longer need to anchor? Will your brain just stay active on its own? Or do you need to keep anchored until your in a dream?
