i feel the same thing, i also felt the same thing happen during a meditation, apparantly this happens before entering a lucid dream or an out of body experience, i have yet to figure out why though. its one hell of a feeling though eh? i love it |

Don't Understand
When I am about to relize I am dreaming ur something I get this huge rush up to my chest and I have no idea why it's not from extiment. But it has happened in all my ld's.
Any Ideas?

yep it is a pretty great feeling but then it uh.. kinda over comes me in a way then I wake up, as u said rite before a ld, I also had it when I was in sp, it's kinda like a high in away. great feeling.
