When I went to bed last night I started to relax my body and focus on some points (I do this every day before going to bed) but while doing that I started to feel some waves through my body, my breathing got kinda intense, I started to see my room "through" my eyelids and I felt that my body was paralized. I waited a while to see if i could enter a dream but after a while the visions stopped and my body started to feel normal again....my question is, why did my body went back to normal and not into a dream? |
