      Yet another WILD question

I did a little search beforehand (nothing too extensive) about the twitches people feel. I noticed a lot of people refer to them as vibrations or pulses or as I first said: twitches.

When ever I try to wild I get seizure-like spasms (is this the word?). Do these last for very long? There very distracting.

Twitches? Twitches and vibrations are two different things. Twitches happen before SP when your motor cortex is trying to figure out whether you've gone to sleep, whereas vibrations are sensations you feel at the onset of SP that range from an almost imperceptible warm fuzzy feeling to the feeling of a loud drill entering your skull.

Well I did get that far, I think. I wasn't very conscious at the time. My own breath sounded like a air condtioner going off and on. I never felt a "Fuzzy feeling" like you described before the onset of sp.

For me it feels like I suddenly fell backwards into a pool of liquidfied dread. Similar to the old hag, but it never feels like anything is watching or suffocating me.

Well that sounds like SP to me. You might just be getting used to SP, which is why you dont feel like anybody/thing is watching you anymore. E.g. when I first started experiencing SP seven years ago when I was eleven, I always "felt" somebody/thing was watching me until I found out about SP and became used to it. Now, I dont ever feel like anybody/thing's watching me b/c I "know" that nobody/thing is watching me.

But of course, you will still experience the effects of SP no matter how used to it you are. Like when you said your breath sounded like an air conditioner, thats definitely just auditory hallucinations which is a common effect of SP. I dont know exactly what you mean when you said you felt like you suddenly fell into a pool of "liquidfied dread" but I can be pretty sure that this "sudden fall" you felt is the sensation of the end stages of SP, which means you were moments away from dreaming.

So whenever you experience those sensations when attempting a WILD that you've listed, just remember to take deep breaths, remain calm and let them happen. If you do, you will find yourself in a Lucid Dream!
