I havent been on medication or anything but i bet the cause is that i interrupted my sleep cycle. I just hope it blows over |

I think I've experienced the same thing. But who knows it might as well be something else that is messing up my recall. I find it hard to tell |

I'm glad to report my dream recall has come back and is better than ever. It seems i have even better dream recall than before. i guess it was a dry spell while my subconsious ajusted and i freaked out my sleep schedule. Thanks to all who commented. |
