I notice the biggest problem for me on WILDing is not disrupting the hypnagogic Imagery or HI. I can easily get to sleep paralysis. Its just a matter of relaxing the muscles and staying awake. I have even heard myself start snoring occasionally. But when the HI starts I seem to always mess it up by mentally processing it too much, or thinking about it. I was wondering if theres a way to practice it...

I'm probably gonna take some sh*t for this but here goes...

Anyway, I was sitting on the toilet the other day and looking at the floor tiles. I usually see images in the tiles. Like when one sees images in the clouds. I noticed that when my mind created an image of a face. I thought about it, or looked at it and mentally processed it, and then it was difficult to create another because I was thinking. I figured that if you see the image your minded created but don't think about it alot you can easily let your mind create other images.

This could be a could way to practice the hypnagogic imagery technique for WILDing in the daytime. One could look at pictures of clouds, abstract things, etc and practice by not letting they're mind interrupt the creative process. After practice it may be easier to let the HI flow during the start of the WILD without messing it up.

Any ideas?
Any good images for a collection that would be good for this purpose?
