DILDs, WBTB/MILD, WILD <-- What do those stand for?

Ummm
DILD - Dream Induced Lucid Dream - it's where you become aware of dreaming while in a dream, very common way to have lucid dreams.
WBTB - Wake Back To Bed - useful for WILDs and for writing in your DJ(Dream Journal)
MILD - ???
WILD - Wake Induced Lucid Dream - basically where you go directly go from a waking state to a dreaming state, normally done after 5-7 hours as it's much easier to do and has better results as you're a lot more tired and you'll be into the longer REM periods.
Sorry I couldn't help with MILD :P
DILD = Dream-Initiated-Lucid-Dream
WBTB = Wake-Back-To-Bed
MILD = Mnemonic-Induced-Lucid-Dream
WILD = Wake-Initiated-Lucid-Dream
:)
You can find information on how to do these in the tutorial section.
