Has anyone ever had a daydream with their eyes open, and after you come back to reality, the object you were staring at the whole time reminds you of exactly everything that happened in the daydream. |

Yea! I always have tried to explain this to people and have always failed! |

"Thus the stars wink upon the bloody stripes; and Liberty pulls down her cap upon her eyes, and owns oppression in its vilest aspect for her sister"
I don't recall that ever happening to me. Usually if I catch myself daydreaming, I intuitively back track my thoughts (this helps with dream recall, as well). |

The most important thing however is to go back to the light patterns every time you catch up on yourself that your thoughts have drifted away. Sometimes, right after coming out from a brief dream or hypnagog vision, you will see a luminous blob at the center of your vision field slowly fading away. A very good sign! |
