I think that was one of the things that I wanted to do, but never got around to I couldn't see lucid drugs doing much of anything, you're already in a surrealistic world where weird things happen.

I've been high, drunk, and incredibly sleepy in several of my dreams. It's fun - slightly different than in real life, but hard to explain.

i dont know if any of you have been under the influence of drugs in real life, but it is the same while your dreaming, and it has the capability for so much more. i realize that in ALL of my dreams where i'm at a party, i feel EXTREMELY intoxicated. and i never drink in my dreams. also, i've never done any psycadelics in real life besides salvia, but tripping on magic mushrooms in my dream was one of the best non lucid dreams ive ever had... probably the best actually... icould see everything going on in my dreams, but i felt completely stoned and it looked like i was looking through a swirling filter of tiedie colors moving around and distorting things and stuff.... yea u should give it a try. =p

yeah actually quite a bit. such as alchohol, dxm, and marijuana. then there were dreams were i was under the influence of shrooms and then another dream where it was DMT, however i've never taken those (because i cant get my hands on them) but in my dream something told me thats what it was, so i went with it. even though the effects in the dream were not the effects from the real drugs, weird stuff tho.

Yes, several times. The effects are very different, wierd, and intense, or you forget you took the drug and just go on with the dream. Dreams are a very different state of consciousness anyway, and your consciousness shifts around alot within dreams themselves. One time I took a big swig of "cocaine" in a dream and got really intensely intoxicated and started stumbiling around for a minute or so, not at all like real cocaine(or alchohol for that matter).

i've had my share of mushrooms and sid but never done it and fallen asleep. I did have a weird experience when i look into a mirrors in LDs. I looked exactly like how i looked when i'm tripping on mushrooms awake and look in a mirror. Its like i regard my self as the same physcal entity in a mirror when i trip and when lucid dreaming (sober). Carlos Castaneda (the author of teaching of don juan) used mushrooms on his young students in Brazil and taught them to focus on LDing while tripping to remove their conditioned views and concluded that they attained a heightened state of awareness.
Before you drift off, don't forget. Which is to say, remember. Because remembering is so much more a psychotic activity than forgetting. Federico Garcia Lorca in a poem said that the iguana will bite those who do not dream. And as one realizes that one is a dream figure in another person's dream, now THAT is SELF AWARENESS.

I have never done alcohol or drugs in my dreams, at least I don't think I have.

Just last night I had an awful dream where I drank about 8 beers and then felt sick and hungover and actually found a toilet and started puking in it.

      So...yeah.

last night I had a dream where I was smoking 2 cigarettes at once, and ended up smoking nearly the entire dream. (although I don't smoke cigarettes, I tried one 4 years ago, and I didn't like it, so I never felt the need to try them again). Everywhere I went, I was smoking, most of the time, 2 at once for some reason. Each time I finished the 2 at a time, I'd feel really light headed, and really relaxed, then a wave of anti-energy washed over me, and I no longer wanted to move. It was quite a peaceful feeling. Is my subconscious trying to make me start smoking?!?!?

I've had drugs which don't exist in real life That I've made up by accident. I once ate a handful of nuts and bolts knowing that they would get me high, and I felt dizzy and happy, but it was more put on, as though I could act normal if i wanted to but I kinda felt like I needed to be high because I'd just taken them.
I've tried a few different drugs in person and always like to try new things rather than take the same substance over and over.

I never get drunk in real life anymore anyway, and I wouldn't want to in my dream

I have taken shrooms in one of my dreams and I must say that was incredible. I highly recommend it.
Currently practicing WILD. I quote Kaniaz who said it best: "The point of WILD is to piss me off". Though, I have not given up, far from it.

Last night in my dream a friend gave me a random pill, and it kicked my ass! I'm surprised that feeling alone didn't alert me that I was dreaming!
