Thread: Drugs in dreams

I had a dream where I took LSD, I've never taken LSD before but ive been told what its like.

In the dream everything became really strange. My vision went all wierd things started moving in slow motion and my whole world became like a typical drug scene depiction you would see in a movie or something, only
I felt really euphoric and the dream was unbelievably vivid even though it was really wacky and full of what I thought were hallucinations, I wasn't lucid so I actually thought I was having an LSD trip, and over all the dream was a very strange yet exciting emotional and psychedelic experience, i Actually felt the effects.

So my point is, why should anyone cause danger to themselves and others by taking drugs in real life if you can fell the same euphoria , hallucinate, change your world, even fly, only in a completely safe dream world?

Also, has anyone else experienced anything like this?
In your next LD try dreaming about a pill and make yourself believe it will work then take it and see what effects it has on you when u take it in the dream, it might not work when lucid tho... I wasn't lucid therefore had no reason not to believe the effects would happen.

Yeah, I had a dream where I toked a joint and it felt very very much like the real thing. Then this hand grabbed my shoulder and turned me around and it was DEA agent, and he tried to slap cuffs on me but the cuffs just went right trough my wrist like it was hologram. He had this complete look of shock on his face, and then I pulled a browning Hi-Power from my waist band, and he looked even MORE shocked to see this type of resistance! I pulled the trigger about a half a dozen times into his torso at point blank range and then I took off running.....

The End.

That happened to me last night too, except I was dreaming about being high on weed. But, that's probably because I fell asleep after smoking.

Also, doing LSD is real life is so much better than what you could dream. You seriously don't know how great it is unless you do it yourself.

yea ive had one of these dreams before as well. i too dreamt i had taken LSD. i have been told what it is like too but my dream of me doing LSD was very similar to shroom trips i have had in real life. everything was colorful and moving around i had the giggles it all felt so real. i was not lucid...like yourself. you ask why do these types of drugs in real life? when you can experience them in a safe dreamworld? all i can say to that, is "to each his/her own." i enjoy recreational drug use and have been wanting to try LSD. hopefully one of these times when i actually become lucid i can willingly try LSD and see what happens again. then maybe go for it in real life.

you was not feeling the same effects of lsd if you never tried it but you sound like you was feeling something lol in ur post i also read why take real drugs and cause harm if you checks hardly anyone dies from taking class a b and c drugs the two biggest drug killer bye miles are alcohol and tobacco. Millions of people in england take coke and pills every weekend and i think 8 people died of overdoser in the full of last year.
