Have you been sleeping for longer than usual when you feel that way after dreaming a lot? |
|
Aah see now I have a good sleeping rutine. I go to sleep at the same time and I wake at the same time. So I know it's not sleeping too long. |
|
I always feel tired when I wake up, regardless of how much sleep I get. But how tired I feel for the rest of the day usually depends on what I'm doing. If I'm just lounging around and not doing much, I'll stay tired, but if I do something fun or active, I feel more energized. |

Same experience here. But it might have been oversleeping, too. |

When I have vivid dreams ,lucid or not, I wake up energized. |

It's the opposite for me. When I have good LD's I have energy throughout the day. |

Sometimes, when I have a good LD early in the night, I get excited about the possiblity or another--which interferes with falling asleep. |

I think I have discovered this, too. |
