Aah see now I have a good sleeping rutine. I go to sleep at the same time and I wake at the same time. So I know it's not sleeping too long.
It's usually when I have powerful dreams.
Then it is your dreaming. I know I felt mental strain when I prolonged the lucid dream for more than it was intended. It was still dreaming but it got more and more straineous like a power drain until I decided to wake up.
