I was having a Red Bull for the first time the other day and saw it had 80% of daily B12 and 280% of B6 (or somthing to that effect) and wondered if it would help induce LDs, and the "crash" after like 4-5 hours would help me sleep. Any ideas? |

By far, Mothra (in all of it's forms) is the worst kaiju of all time.
Not to mention it's not good for you anyway. |

I don't know how long the B vitamins stay in your system, I'd assume they last longer than caffeine. But you could always try drinking it in the afternoon, and then passing out later that night once the caffeine is out of your system. |

Caffeine can also help lucidity. At moderate amounts, it eliminates the deeper stages of sleep, but not REM: this makes you sleep lighter. Hence you can be more aware of awakenings for a DEILD/dream chaining, and you are able to maitain awareness, easier when trying to WIld. |

Caffeine causes crashes, that might be useful for WILDs or WBTB. Maybe drink one during a WBTB, lots of people swear by coke or pepsi for WBTB, so Redbull should work too. With the B vitamins in it, it should work better than soda. |

I wouldn't recommend doing it unless you were really physically exhausted and wanted to WILD + it was in your WBTB |
