      You don't need to actually know what it looks like. If you want to go someplace, you already have an idea of what it looks like in your head so its possible to dream yourself there. Your brain will fill in the minor details for ya.

      Ice cave on the Mons icefield, Canada.

      This is from a site I came across awhile ago that is filled with pictures of exotic places. The style of the site itself is also pleasent to look at (not one of those tourist-y information sites )

      That's where the pictures and videos come in. So that your mind knows in some way how it should be.
      It will never be as in real life - but with some knowledge mixed with some imagination I think it will be better than real life.
