the nose one i find works the best |

Every time I do a RC, it says I'm awake. I've tried the finger penetration, the look at your hands, the "Can I float"?, and a few more. They all say I'm awake when I am not. Ex: *I saw a couch in the trees. I thought it looked funny. I stared at my hands. Normal.*. Any ideas? Thanks! |

By far, Mothra (in all of it's forms) is the worst kaiju of all time.

The hand one doesent work. The most reliable Reality Check is to check something written or check your watch. You'll defnitely notice something different. Just look at your watch, then move away and look again. In a dream it will ALWAYS change. Same goes with a text. |

From my experience, the breathing-through-closed-nostrils method works best. You could also try breathing underwater, though it is a bit more dangerous to attempt in real life. Unless you have extreme detachment from somatic senses, you will still be able to breathe through a plugged nose in a dream. |

Yeah reality checks as a rule dont work for me. Ive LD'ed since I was a kid, and I always get the idea to to an RC after I know im lucid, so I try just for kicks. |

Yes, that worked quite well for me in the last lucid I had. I suggest you use this method. Sometimes when use that method I say this to myself "If I can't breath that means I'm not dreaming. But if I CAN or CAN'T breath in a dream, it doesn't matter, because I'm dreaming". The last sentence usually works for me if the RC fails. It's weird yeah but it works for me |
