I am a natural and I often have LD where I fly. I always have to first walk in wide strides then I would run faster and faster and finally I will be flying. However, flying is not effortless for me ( Is it supposed to be ? ) I still have to move my arms and legs in the air to fly. I cant glide like Peter Pan. I find this to be tiring. If I fly for too long, I would get exhausted and when I wake up I would be aching across my back as if I had done some real exercise in my dreams.
Is this right ? Is there any way I can fly more easily and painlessly ?
