Feeling tired when flying too much?

I am a natural and I often have LD where I fly. I always have to first walk in wide strides then I would run faster and faster and finally I will be flying. However, flying is not effortless for me ( Is it supposed to be ? ) I still have to move my arms and legs in the air to fly. I cant glide like Peter Pan. I find this to be tiring. If I fly for too long, I would get exhausted and when I wake up I would be aching across my back as if I had done some real exercise in my dreams.

Is this right ? Is there any way I can fly more easily and painlessly ?

dont forget...its a dream...if you want to fly by pure thought...all you need is confidence.

If you want to fly by kicking your heels twice...all you need is confidence.

A good way to get heaps of energy quickly...."jump AT the ground, and miss". if you're like me...youll fly off ridiculously fast...and then I just kind off "swim" by waving my body to keep speed up.

yeah when you are in your LD just remember that it is all mental, when i flew in my first LD i just pulled an ironman and just shot up into the sky effortlessly.
