I am posting here because I would like a variety of opinions on this subject, if possible.

I have been looking through my dream journal, and I find it interesting that I have very few dreams outdoors. Almost always, my dreams are in "rooms", and they are rarely in rooms I recognise.

The thing is, I ususally know where I am. I'm at my friends place, or at a concert, or at my childhood home, for example. But it doesn't look like the real place at all.

What would be the reason for that do you think? Do other dreamers have this experience? just wondering ...Thanks to any repliers.
