In the matrix neo could do whatever he wanted because he knew it didn't exist and his mind was fully convinced that nothing was real and it rejected the code. In dreams we can stick our hand through glass or go flying because we know that the world only exists in our mind and we are so sure of it. Some people don't have the confidence to do certain things. They don't themselves and then what they do doesn't work. I wonder if we truly believe beyond a shadow of a doubt, that we can do anything in the real world, then we could do it. Our physical bodies are bound by all these laws that set up barriers, but if we could raise our minds past them do you think that we could go flying or walk through walls. If we truly know that nothing exist and that anything is possible without a single doubt, like we do in our dreams, could we "override" the worlds physical laws. One example, What about the accounts of people being able to bend spoons with there mindsor various other mysterious talents. Are they only breaching the surface?
