is there a way to convince DC's to help you?

Well i had one of those "ur DC kills ur lucidity" dreams last night. I was at school but it was really different and i asked one of the guys in my class if he felt weird and if he thought it was a dream (got no idea why i didn't RC) well he comes back with a big phat NO and i didn't get lucid. Is there anything you can do to get them to at least answer correctly?

Can you have a dream guide like character that tells you when you are lucid...
I'm going to have to say no, it may be possible but you would need to be very skilled at controlling dreams to do it in the first place.

You could just not ask them in the first place and do a reality check instead...
