Thread: Well, I felt very lucid then.

I had a dream last night [surprised?] I should of wrote this earlier so there isn't much detail, but anyway, there I was having a dream when I suddenly screeched "I'm Lucid!" and I raised a giant mountain out of nowhere, did alsorts of weird things..

But I wasn't really Lucid. I was just acting as if I was. The dream felt like it was made of cardboard...didn't seem "real", I didn't feel excited... I didn't really know I was dreaming, despite the fact a giant mountain had just appeared out of nowhere.

But it's good, because I'm getting closer to actually getting Lucid. The fact it's appearing in my dreams shows I might actually *notice it*. God, some dream character could fly a marquee in front of me saying "You're dreaming, dumbfuck", and I still wouldn't get it.

heh that made me chuckle,but its pretty true cuz with most people just the mention of certain keywords in dreams would trigger memories of it.
for example in your case you screamed IM LUCID!,normally people would immediately do a reality check.
dont really know what stopped you from realizing your in a dream at the mention of that. you are doing regualar RC during the day right?

Ha! You're getting so close, nice! It's weird though, having dreams where you act lucid but you're really not.. I have those a lot.

you dreampt of being lucid. You will probably have a lucid dream tonight. That type of stuff always happense to me the night before a lucid dream. So kaniaz, have you had any lucid dreams yet at all?
