Swallow. It's a reflex, and if you focus on not swallowing, it'll hurt your chances more than if you swallow without thought. Infact, you want to swallow, or move, or itch without thought. That means your body is falling asleep. It's rare that we naturally enter dreams without moving in the NREM period prior!

It's more disrupting to work toward not swallowing than to swallow.
It's a reflex.
You don't focus on breathing.
