I perform BillyBob's WBTB technique and it works great. Basically, I get up at night and keep doing reality checks at anything that could possibly mean I'm in a dream. For example, I will look at my mirror, and think "it could be a portal to a different dimension" then I do an RC. I do this for 10 minutes then just go back to bed. It works great

I'm trying to get FILD to work, but no success yet :\
      Lucid Dream Count (starting 3/15/08):
      [2]DILD
      [0]WILD

Goal: Get the motivation to actually do WILDs and FILDs

My surest bet is a WBTB. And as I go back to sleep, I go to sleep with the expectation that I will become lucid. I have a specific goal in mind that I will do when I become lucid, and I think about that as I drift off.

WBTB. my only problem is I share a room with my sister. Luckily she's usually gone so I dont have to worry about it too much, but it does get annoying.
