I just got an idea tha may be posted somewhere, may be not, anyway, I thought to record myself for a minute saying "youre dreaming""lucid dream" and stuff like that and to put it as my alarm clock.
The reason for saying this for a minute is that the alarm clock on most of cellphones goes for a minute and then turns snooze option on...
Now, with 1 minute hearing my voice saying that I dream and snooze so it repeats every 15 minutes, it may help me indream like some reality check?

Back to my topic, as im about to go to sleep, I thought that this method wouldnt work for 100% so Im not sure if I should use this or the WBTB one...
What would you suggest?
