      Question about LD

I'm new here...so hopefully somone will read this. I Lucid dream alot..I have had some really bad ones too..that is not the question though..My problem is that evertime I go to sleep, especially if I nap, my mind wakes up, but my body doesnt. I feel like my whole body is vibrating..it has been so strong before i actually thought i was dying..It's funny how many poeple want to have lucid dreams..have some of mine..lol.. I have read that this is how an OBE starts, but i dont one..it scares me. I have seen things in this state that i'd rather not see. The lucid dreams i have frustrate me..i have talked to people in mine before, wondering what part of my subconcious mind they have come from...i have a re-occuring one in wich a small child told me i'd never get out..(i was trapped in a house) she had never appeared before, and i know she was different. I know this post is kinda all over the place, sorry. If I'm gonna be subjected to LDs and OBE's..i want to know how to control it. Any suggestions would be helpfull. I'd like to sleep w/o going into a state of trapped between awake and alseep, and to be able to use the LD'S to learn. Thanx ...

I haven't actually achieved WILD (Wake Induced LDing), but I heard that the vibrations are a clear sign that you're going into an LD or are already there. As to taking control, try using verbal commands and put some force/conviction behind your words. For example, if the little girl tells you you won't get out of that house, say something like, "Go away!" or "Exit!" or something. I find that IRL I work harder and have more focus if I'm pretty angry. I hate being angry, personally, but it can also be a useful emotion.

      That's just my advice.
