One time I just started gazing at my hands as long as I could. The texture on my hands changed from normal flesh to red and yellow butterflies fluttering up my arm (truely spectacular), and then the scene behind my hands was morphing, my vision was stretching and morphing, and then I had an FA. What works best is not only looking at your hands, but rubbing them together to. |

Hmmm... interesting I'll have to try that rubbing technique, I guess that is because you get a tactile feeling as well as sight, so you are employing two of your dream senses instead of just the one. |
