Possible DEILD? or WILD?

well this morning I woke up at 4 and decided to just go back to sleep and for like 40 minutes I just sat in my bed and sometimes my mind would wander to the last dream I had. Then all of a sudden I was in that dream. I was lucid from the start. My vision was real bad. I couldn't see anything. I had like a little circle of vision. I said something like "SEE" or something and nothing happened and then I started to wake up...My dream was mixing with the real world. I wanted to go back to the dream so I closed my eyes before my dream scene went away fully. I felt like I went into SP for like a second and came out. Then my alarm went out lol.


But the reason I think it was a WILD is because I was lucid from the start and the reason I think it was a DEILD is because I went into a dream that I had earlier that night.

Its a DEILD.

If it was a WILD, that means for all those 40 minutes of trying to go back to sleep you didnt move once? i dobt it. And a DEILD is entering a dream that you already had, or it could have just been random like that. Im pretty sure it was a DEILD.

Technically a DEILD is a WILD.
I wouldn't say that you used the DEILD technique, so it was just one of those normal WBTB WILDs.

SP = WILD right?

SP happens every time you fall asleep. You only ever feel it during WILDs though.

I agree =] I have had a DEILD a decent amount of time throughout my life.

If he felt SP he was on the right path to an LD, so that would be a WILD. No WILD without an LD though.

you don't have to feel SP to WILD...
