Best method to lucid dream at normal bed time?
Hey. I have some noob questions which want feedback :)
Whats the best method to achieve lucid dreaming at a normal bed time (10 pm) when I'm going to be woken up by my alarm at 6:25?
Also, why is it some people on the forum have a lot of LDs a month, and some so few? Do you get better at it with practice? Or does it just depend on the person?
Is it just me, or does eating pickles & cheese a few hours before bed make anyone else have crazy dreams? lol.
