When your body goes numb, and you feel really relaxed, are you asleep? If not, is there a certain point where you know you are asleep, but not at REM? I'm just curious. |

Thanks, but that reminds me of another question that I was going to ask. How do you know if you can't move (SP) or not if you aren't trying to? I never know if I can move or not, because I am afraid that if I can, I will have to restart my WILD. |

im in that same problem. i feel numb and everything, but i dont want to try and see if im totally in SP or close to it, cause if i test and i find out i am not actually in SP (but very close to it) im screwed. |

| DILD= 5 | DEILD= 2 | MILD= 4 | WILD= 5 |
Hate to break it to you guys, but just because you get a little numb, or very relaxed, doesnt mean you are in SP. The order of events for WILD usually goes like this. |
