well, jamous, i cant say that ive done exactly what youve described. but i have had third-person dreams with controll (non-lucid), but i was a charachter from a video game that is third person based. |

Has anybody here ever had a lucid dream where they were not a character, but only a viewer sort of directing the situation? Wouldn't that be neat? |

This actually sounds like it should be a task of the month, will suggest it next month. |
|
I was in a lucid dream that was really abstract. I was normal but was stuck in a world that was white with floating planes of colors, like an abstract painting. Was really annoying. Can't have much fun messing with colored planes. Took a bit of concentration to restore things back to normal. |
|
I've done it lots of times, but it's a bummer because you can't get into the dream. Better than not being lucid, but I'd rather be in it than watch it like a movie, or be stuck in my body unable to get out. |
|
I've managed to flip between 1st and 3rd person before. That was pretty cool, until my DC died whilst I was in 3rd person, so I could no longer go back into 1st. |
|
A lot of my dreams are 3rd-person. I don't enjoy them as much as 1st person dreams. I've only had one lucid dream, where I was lucid for less then a second, but I was 1st person in that dream. |
|
I have, I see myself and i can see other characters in my dreams. My Lucids are kinda like a anime shows, lol |

My dream Journel:http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...020#post674020
I had a short LD a couple of nights ago where I managed to separate my "dream body" from my "sleeping body", and I was looking at myself in 3rd person, I looked like some kind of a shadowy figure.I could see both of my "bodies". |
|
Believe you can or believe you can't... either way, you're right.
My Dream Journal
I don't trust anyone who claims that he/she is not a pervert as much as I don't trust anyone who says that he/she doesn't believe in love.
Ive had 2 sorts of dreams like that, one where my dream IS my computer screen (I can't see anything else except what is on the screen) and I'm watching something on my computer or when I am both a character in a dream (which is based on a scene from a horror movie I've read about but never watched) and I am also watching the movie and I'm like, oh this is where such and such happens and then I watch myself as such and such happens |
|
Everything makes sense once you stop thinking about it
I've had a few LDs in 3rd person. Interesting, but not as much fun as 1st person LDs, in my mind. |

Sometimes I experience the third person. Or maybe an overhead view. But I don't really have control over myself. |

You do this every fucking time.
No sweat.
No tears.
No guilt.
You do this every fucking time.
