Uhh. It can be as long or as short as you want.

I find that it's usually hard for faces to remain stable in my dreams. Actually, I bet that's because people's faces are the only things that I would stare at for a prolonged period of time. I'm sure that if I stared at a tree for a long period of time in a dream, it would be all wobbly too!

Of course! I live in my dreams 22 hours a day so it's not a problem. And I'm a God, too. Everything makes perfect sense. Pleased to meet you.

Faces remain stable perfectly easy for me. Thse are the easiest for me.

And are you sure we are talking about the same thing? I'm talking about vivid imagery in lucid dreams. You can't stare at one point for as long as you want. Even if we are Gods, Lol.

Yah "as long as you want" is probably the ideal case, right? But the time does vary quite a bit.

You said in your first post that you stare at something and then it fades or changes. That's what reminded me of faces changing if I stare at them. Sometimes they don't though, it all depends on the clarity of my dream.
