Yeah it's really bad to keep internal dialogue on well going to sleep, and I exspecually have a hard time falling asleep if I'm trying to get to sleep

Best thing I can do is just lay still, not roll over or anything, and just think about how I feel about stuff that happened in the day, not use words and everything but just think about it in senses, just don't what ever you do get hooked on some problem, that can give you one heck of a bad nights sleep, try thinking about things that comfort you and stuff, just don't use words, and let your mind take it's own course, and don't resist the suttle changes in thought, thats very important.
