WILD makes you go to sleep easier.

Makes me sleepy anyway, it's like my mind just wants to shut down. So it makes me feel blank. Anyone else feel sleepy when trying WILD? Also, this is what I do: I'm lie on my back I close my eyes I breath in I imagine going down a step (on a stair case) I say (in my head) "One, I'm dreaming" I breath out I imagine going down a step (on a stair case) I saw (in my head) "Two, I'm dreaming" Carry on with the whole number list untill my mind gets tired So that's what I do, correct me if I'm doing it wrong.

I fall asleep every time, myself. Almost every time. So no good advice from me. Maybe somebody who doesn't suck will respond.

The only time I've fallen asleep from WILD is VILD.

Usually I end up with a DILD from a WILD. Well not usually, but sometimes.

I've never really WBTB (as that's when it's likely) so I'm not really sure myself.

If you've never used WBTB I really suggest it, in fact, I force you to use it. Of course WILD before sleep will make your tired and/or fall asleep, because you're lying down, completely still, and relaxing, theres not much chance that anything else is going to happen unless you lie there for a large amount of time other than falling asleep or getting extremely exhausted.
