      Lucid dream possibilities causing problem

      Lately i have noticed that because of the unlimited possibilities of lucid dreaming i am having difficulty choosing what i want to do in my next lucid. Because of this i stress myself out by constantly changing my mind and it results in none of the goals being remembered while lucid. (because i don't focus on one goal)

      Like today i have had a goal all day (christmas party with Will Smith) and now i am thinking about a 2 other things i would like to do.

      Anyone else encounter a similar problem?

      Wow. Christmas with Will Smith. I GOTTA do that!!




      I see it as a great choice. There's no need to be stressed about it really, you've got so much to do you can take things as they come!

      Yeh i just thought a minute ago how great that would be and i'm not gonna change my mind now. (that could be my best lucid yet)

      That is my goal for tonight and it's gonna happen.

      You have just got to pick a goal and stick to it but it'd easier said than done.

      During the day you should do an RC then when you're 'done' say "I'm not dreaming now (but I'm going to pretend that I am otherwise I will do this same thing in dreams - saying "I'm not dreaming"), but if I were, what would I do?" And then do it or imagine it.

      Also, have some goals to do in your next lucid dream, think about 1-3 of them daily

      Yeh i do something similar. When i do my flash or alertness method i pretend i am lucid and i think of my goal as if i am about to do it so it will pass over to the lucid state, but the problem is i don't have the same goal each time i do the foa method because i keep changing my mind.

      Yeh i will use the technique tonight which i haven't used in two nights now and have had no lucids.

      Thats why i want to party with him because he is very funny and has a great personality.

      He just edged Chris Tucker (soz you'll have to wait)
