      Tried to LD

I've never expierienced this while trying to LD. I was laying down with the guy telling me i am dreaming and wave sounds, and other soothing sounds then all of a sudden my body starts getting all numb, then i cannot swallow/breathe but i was still fully aware i am trying to go to sleep and wasn't in a sleep stage yet, then i can breathe/swallow again and say to myself "this time i'll just go with it". Felt strange yet good at the same time if you know what i mean.

This seems like the onset of SP, judging by your last statement:

Felt strange yet good at the same time if you know what i mean.
The numbing sensation itself also sounds like the transition stage. I'm sure most people here have some crazy stories about the transition. I once thought my arm was seizing, but only my arm. Other times I felt like I was attached to a giant sprinkler (The back and forth motion, that is.)

Expect anything and everything when it comes to SP.

Have you heard the gypsy hymns in the odd hours of the night?

Well i've had SP but maybe it was SP for a second as i could not breathe/swallow although i could open my eyes and shut them normally unlike SP where i cannot. the rest i dunno if it was SP, it was like all tingley and good feeling. Hard to explain but
like when you try meditating at the beginning and out of nowhere your body feels all tingly and good and stuff.

I could be wrong, but that seems like the 'onset' stages of SP, whereas the 'Tingly' feeling could be the first full stages. I have experienced the inability to swallow just before SP, but breathing is a bit different.

Could you literally not breathe at all, or could you simply not control it? If it is the latter, I would expect the previous mentioned. The former, however, I cannot assist you with a terrible amount.

It was like a hiccup inside my mouth, i never breathed through my nose so don't know if it was really unable to breathe but not through my mouth, like i open it and it was trying to hiccup but nothing comes out, and didn't let me breathe through my mouth. Lasted about 4 seconds, i'm laying on my pillow and it feels as if my throat is gone and unable to breathe with my mouth open, just a hiccup thing with no sound or anything coming out, my neck felt like it had no adams apple, later on i felt my neck and it was all soft like. like when you sleep on your hand and cant feel it but it's all super soft. it was like that but with my neck.
