It has been said that meditating in a dream is more effective than meditating in real life. I personally probably wouldn't do it because I don't get lucid too often and have other things I'd rather do.

The point of meditation is to better understand yourself; Your true self. Dreams bring up suppressed thoughts and emotions, so why is it illogical to combine the two. If anything it is very logical.

Roguext22, please try and make your posts more coherent. I'm assuming english is not your first language, but still, it is very hard to make out what you are trying to say.

I think that you are saying essentially that you shouldn't believe everything you hear. Except, in this case, it makes perfect sense.

I'm looking forward to see if someone tries it. I don't get lucid enough to give it a shot, unfortunately. But hopefully that will change soon

and maybe english is not your the first language also..

just tell me why to meditate in dream?
its like suggesting to meditate while being drunk.. ( in other words, being less aware of everything.. )

Umm no. In lucid dreams you are usually aware of lots of things. Dreams are generally viewed (a wise man told me this) as being closely linked to things in your life and your subconscious so it makes sense to use dreams to understand more things about yourself.

you have to admit, in reality it is most easy to be aware of most things...
in lucid dreams its not so easy..being drunk is more hard to be aware even of your actions... in simple dreams you cant make your decisions..
