Usually warm milk and a very very soft blanket on the floor and a pillow fluffed to perfection. Then again, this would put anyone to sleep quickly. Just try talking yourself to sleep. I know it sounds weird, but it really does work. You'll probably feel kinda awkward talking to yourself in the dark, but it'll put you to sleep (and usually give you some really vivid dreams).
