Do you ever have DCs who are just annoying?

I have.

At least a few nights ago. I was lucid dreaming that I was in a taxi, on my way to a restaurant in a tall building in a city. There happened to be a random person with me, but I didn't really look at him. He started going "Oooh, we're dreaming, how awesome!!" I was all "yeah, right..." and thought this was a silly thing to point out. He kept going on a few times about how cool this dream was, while I was starting to get annoyed. I'm not sure why I didn't just make him go away at this point.

I went out of the taxi, and entered the building where the restaurant was, and he was like "Oooh! The building is invisible to me! That's so cool!" I don't think I ever directly talked to him, he just followed like an enthusiastic fool with no attention spam. I went to the top floor, and he went: "It looks like you are standing in mid air! This dream rocks!!"

He eventually disappeared and I had my imaginary dinner in peace. :P

Have any of you had annoying dream characters? How did you deal with them?

Hahahahahahahahahaha. How on earth did you put up with him? I don't know if i could have. I have come across many annoying dream characters and i normally just kill them, or fly to a different location.

The only ones which annoy me are the ones which wont reply to me and look at me like I am stupid, irony being is it my subconscious which is controlling these DC; so I guess I am looking at myself, like I am in fact the stupid one..

Once I become lucid, I find my DCs turning unpleasant and uncooperative.

Id master: I think I was just hoping that if I ignored him, he would go away. It worked. :P

Adam: That reminds me of the times where I feel very lucid, and I start having a conversation with a dream character, but realise that I am in fact only talking to myself.

If i was you in that situation i probably would have burst out laughing and lost lucidity. I'm sure you have seen my thread about drea character names, well this tops the lot for obsurdity.
