A DILD is a Dream-Induced Lucid Dream. It's when you fall asleep and dream and then become lucid once you realize you're dreaming. |

How often does everyone else do reality checks during the day? |

Well, i would be looking at maybe once every hour that you're awake. But if you become really serious and are like, "Damn, tonight I'm going to get lucid or die." then you can push it down to like once every 15 minutes. Anyways what I'm trying to say is that the more you do them, the more likely you'll have a lucid. |
