      CD about lucid dreaming (Lucid dreams 0096)

      Is there anyone who has this CD and listened to it?

      Most CDs for Lucid Dreaming use suggestion, others use brainwave entrainment in order to help implant suggestion. They may help, but performing reality checks and affirming every night before sleep that you wll have a lucid dream will help as much.

      From the information I found, it's not just a CD with music to induce lucid dreams, but more an informational spoken text about the outcome of a scientific research. But I can't find whether this info is told in such a way to also induces LD's or is merely informative.
