      LD while in the shower?

ok the so just today i got home from a relativley rough wrestling conditioning practice. i immediatly went to take a shower. while i was showering i just leaned up against the wall and shut my eyes. i was compleatly exhausted so i guess i fell asleep. i then remember dreaming that i was walking in front of my house. it was raining (guess why) i wanted to get out of the rain so i walked inside. when i got in though i still felt the rain falling on me. it was at this point i relized i was dreaming. after that i got kind of excited and thought about what i would do first. unfortunatly before i could decide i woke up.
so has anyone else ever had an LD or just a dream at all while in the shower?

      Wow thats extremely dangerous
I've never had any dreams in the shower, much less lucid.

That seems like a good way to either drown or bust your head open though

That's what we all were thinking -_-
I'd be scared as hell if I'd go like "Oh, I'm dreaming... I'm just lying in my bed.... Wait a minute! I'm in the shower! Holy fuck! Oh my god I have to wake up! Holy shit!!" <- Something like that

yea. i sleep in the shower alot. its actualy quite easy for me to fall asleep. i used to be a sleepwalker (when i was about 4 or 5) so i think i actualy also have quite good balance if im standing up whilst asleep

How the f**k can you fall asleep in the shower.

When you were lucid were you aware where the lucid was taking place?

Before you ever decide what you want to do in a dream you should rub your hands together for a bit... maybe even make it a point to do it every minute or so... cuz we all know how lucid's like to take back over sometimes.

      Sleeping in the shower

I actually sleep in the shower all the time. I cant take a shower without nodding off for at least a second or two. Nowadays I sit down and fall asleep, but when I was a kid it was always standing up. Now that you mention it I do remember lucid shower dreams and the water was usually what tipped me off that I was dreaming.

Hehe, standing up, naked, alseep, against wall, probably snoring. That's disturbing!

Yeah but it's still an interesting happening. Very unique. I've come close to dozing in the shower but never full REM sleep like this.

Do be careful though. Perhaps your history of sleepwalking does have something to do with this.

      Abra..hehe, that made me laugh.

I fall asleep in the shower all the time.

That's probably because I sit down and like to lean on my knees or against the wall, though. Next thing I know mum's banging on the door for me to get the hell out.
