I've never had any dreams in the shower, much less lucid.


That seems like a good way to either drown or bust your head open though

yea. i sleep in the shower alot. its actualy quite easy for me to fall asleep. i used to be a sleepwalker (when i was about 4 or 5) so i think i actualy also have quite good balance if im standing up whilst asleep

You were probably so sleep deprived that you went straight into REM! Your brain makes up for that stage of sleep first, especially when you're deprived of sleep...!

Before you ever decide what you want to do in a dream you should rub your hands together for a bit... maybe even make it a point to do it every minute or so... cuz we all know how lucid's like to take back over sometimes.

I actually sleep in the shower all the time. I cant take a shower without nodding off for at least a second or two. Nowadays I sit down and fall asleep, but when I was a kid it was always standing up. Now that you mention it I do remember lucid shower dreams and the water was usually what tipped me off that I was dreaming.

Jesus! I'm also wondering how the hell can someone fall asleep while taking a shower! I mean its not like taking a hot bath!

I've dozed off in the shower, on the toilet, even brushing my teeth. Has anyone noticed how time seems to dialate when you doze off for a second in situations like this?

Whenever I nod off accidentally I have long dreams that happen in a split second of real time. This is why I'm convinced that time dialation in dreams is possible.

Oh yeah, definitely.

I fall asleep in the shower nearly every morning. I'm super tired on school days when I wake up, and the hot water makes me just doze off for a second.

Lol, guys, check the post date. This was well over a month ago. I doubt he's still checking this.

Yeah but it's still an interesting happening. Very unique. I've come close to dozing in the shower but never full REM sleep like this.

Do be careful though. Perhaps your history of sleepwalking does have something to do with this.
