      2 questions about WILDs

      does anyone have any tips on how to have WILDs that arent in stephen LaBerge's books?

      does the BWGen thing help to have WILDs?

      BWGEN doesn't help me WILD at all. I use it as more of a tool to implant suggestions in my mind that I will become lucid that night.

      There are some here that have slept with it going to induce lucid dreams.
