yes, how do I delete the old one? im trying to |
Very, very interesting. |
you do it all the time, an REM break is just a brief awakening in the night. You usually forget that you have them. But if you tell yourself to recognize them, then the next time it happens you'll know that youve just woke up |
I did it last night can somone reply to me on the old thread please i need help? |

Try my Lucid rpg: lucidrage Island:http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...d=1#post486262
Random things i wanna do..
+Meet someone famous+Go back in time to the Dinosaur era+go to an alien planet+ be worshipped as a god and have a temple built after me.
LD's in last week:3
I'm trying this again, though I have one question. I've never really attempted waking up in the night seriously, I just turn on my alarm so that it wakes me up after 5-7 hours. This is good enough right? I usually go back to sleep after 1 minute |
---------
Lost count of how many lucid dreams I've had
---------
if you can go back to sleep really easily and and quickly than it should work. |
westonci, you are king bro |
Things are not as they seem
Still haven't mastered basic forum functions, though. |
I'll try it since it doesn't involve WBTB. |
westonci...i just have a few questions if you wouldn't mind |

so this method is only supposed to last a minute, I didn't try last night, I fell asleep before I could think about it, if this works for many people this should be placed into the tutorial section. |
This sounds like a cross between a DEILD and a WILD. I like lucid dreams where I don't have to wait for 20 minutes to enter SP |
Superb to see people helping the others to get where they are. Now I am at the wery beginning of the learning proces, but like what you say. It makes sense. I have already stopped dreaming after rem period. Often it happens, when i try SP when i get into bed. My sleep gets less deep, and i am more likely to wake up. It would be superb to create a tutorial to wake up at will. Or to wake up more than once. And that would be my question. How to wake up multiple times at night? |
Low attention-span version: Try this with WBTB |
Have you heard the gypsy hymns in the odd hours of the night?
Isn't he just. I can have lucids at will almost with but with this technique you can go anywhere your imagination can create with anyone you want. Most of my lucids start off in my old house or around that area or my old school |
This sounds pretty much like the VILD method... Also this won't work for me because me mind needs to wander to fall asleep, but what the hell, I'll try it anyways. |
infact..im really sorry to dig this up... |
