      How often do you normaly have a lucid dream, and how often do you normally remeber your dreams ?

      I personally recall at least one dream a night and LD maybe once a month.
      Consciousness: that annoying time between naps.

      LD: 1/week (the last ld was really long whit one false awakening)

      normal dreams that i can remember. 1/2 every night (they are always long)

      question: does false awakenings count as another lucid dream or the same as the "orginal" dream
