      Lucid dreaming messing up your thinking process?

      The last week or so i have noticed that lucid dreaming is messing up my thinking process because it's on my mind so much. For example i am thinking i am going to go have food but instead i think i am going to have lucid dreams, or i want to think i am going to watch some tv, but instead i think i am going to watch some reality checks.

      It's happening alot. Anyone else?

      Hmmm. That doesn't happen to me but I think that this means you should take a little break from thinking about lucid dreaming.

      Opposite happens with me. I used to be totally stressed out, a lot of the time actually, and since returning to LDing, I've become far calmer and less stressed.

      One of the big keys to LDing, I find, is not to overdo it or overthink it. Playing with your subconscious mind requires working with it, not against it. Take a nice break, do some meditation or something, and make LDs something that is easy- if it seems like a chore....
