so i ve started lucid dreaming about 2 months ago
first month i had 3 lucid dreams , so basically a lucid dream every week and it was great
but lately after stoping for a week ive been trying to be lucid using the same methods(reality checks,dream journal, affirmations, mild with wbtb ) and its been really hard, like i've only had one and it was really short and basically i couldnt control it , my legs felt paralyzed so I couldnt even stand straight
any suggestions on how I can improve my techniques or anything ?
